NEMLEC STARS Toolkit Rollout

NERAC and NEMLEC are pleased to announce an event on March 17th to introduce the 2nd Edition of the NEMLEC STARS Toolkit!  Please click here to register!

Event Overview:

The School Threat Assessment and Response System (STARS) Toolkit is a resource designed to assist school districts and their communities with all-hazards crisis planning and preparedness. This event will include an instructional overview of the 2nd edition of the toolkit, two special guest speakers, and an overview of a School Emergency Operations Plan template. The event is being sponsored by the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) and the Northeast Homeland Security Regional Advisory Council (NERAC).

Target Audience:

Police, fire, emergency management, and school personnel (educators, administrators, and mental health professionals) with responsibilities related to school emergency planning and response.
