Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) Train-the-Trainer Course

**COURSE LOCATION MOVED FROM ANDOVER TO BURLINGTON **

The Northeast Homeland Security Regional Advisory Council (NERAC) is sponsoring a half-day Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) course, designed to provide Law Enforcement officers with the ability to disseminate the most up-to-date strategies, guidance, and plans for surviving an active shooter event to civilians in their communities.

The course will take place on September 17th, 2018 from 09:00 – 13:00.

The course was originally set to take place in Andover, however, due to the ongoing situation in Merrimack Valley the course will now be held at Grand View Farm located at 55 Center Street Burlington, MA 01803.

The course will accommodate up to 125 Law Enforcement participants, but please do not wait to sign up.  For more information about the CRASE course, click here.

Through a partnership with the ALERRT Center at Texas State University, NERAC is able to offer this course free of charge for all attendees. NERAC will also provide backfill/overtime reimbursement at up to $35/hr. Due to budget constraints, only NERAC-region participants are eligible for BF/OT reimbursement.

To register for this course, click here. Your registration will not be considered final until you receive a separate confirmation notice. If you have any questions, please contact Austin Murray at amurray@mapc.org or 617-933-0755.
